About This Project

Russ Crosson is President and CEO of Ronald Blue & Co. and was hired by Ron Blue in 1980 as the second employee of the newly founded firm.

Russ has worked extensively in all areas of financial planning- specializing in comprehensive financial planning, estate planning, and transgenerational family wealth management. As President/CEO, Russ is active in developing the firm’s strategic initiatives and the overall management of the firm. From 1999 – 2002, Russ served as Executive Director of the National Christian Foundation (NCF), before rejoining Ronald Blue & Co. as President and CEO in November of 2002.

Russ is the author of three books, Your Life… Well Spent, The Truth About Money Lies, and 8 Important Money Decisions for Every Couple. He has also been a featured speaker in many venues including Promise Keepers. He and his wife, Julie, have led seminars around the country on the subjects of money, marriage, and communication.

Russ graduated from Kansas State University with a B.S. in Mathematics and a master’s degree in Education. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Walk Thru the Bible Ministries.

Russ and his wife Julie, live in Roswell, Georgia and are active in the teaching and mentoring of married couples. They are the parents of three adult sons — two of whom are married — and have one grandson.
