Bobby Arkills, located in Tacoma, WA has spent 30+ years in non-profit leadership with the past twenty leading one of the largest Youth for Christ chapters in the country. His experience leading through significant transitions, assembling and empowering key leaders, and raising millions of dollars to support the mission of YFC provides a unique perspective that he brings to professional coaching. In July of 2023, he stepped down from that role to start a leadership coaching business, Haystack Collaborative and now helps draw the very best out of non-profit and private sector leaders from across the country. He is a PCC level coach through the International Coaching Federation. In his spare time he loves spending time with his two grandsons, exploring the Pacific Northwest in his travel trailer with his lovely wife, Jenelle, and playing as much pickleball as possible!
