Dan is a seasoned leader, CEO, U.S. Air Force retired senior officer, and executive coach leveraging over 3+ decades of business ownership, coaching and consulting, people leadership, and project management experience with a passion to help people create success and develop impact in business and their personal life. His purpose is to help people Thrive not just survive!

Dan served in the United States Air Force retiring as a senior officer with over 3,400 flight hours in the C-130. Dan has numerous military and corporate awards including the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business. Dan held many leadership positions in the Air Force where he trained, coached, and mentored many military personnel for over 2 decades.

Additionally, Dan has held key technical and leadership roles in corporations and academic institutions contributing to the organization’s and clients’ successes and achievements. Additionally, Dan has served on multiple non-profit Board of Directors.

Dan is the Founder and CEO, of Thriving Leaders Group, LLC. where he partners with business executives, corporate leaders, and emerging leaders to develop and refine their leadership competencies, management expertise, and business capabilities ultimately to achieve their own successes in the industry and market of their choice.

Dan holds two master’s degrees from Webster University. One in Information Technology Management and one in Business with a focus on Management and Leadership along with a bachelor’s degree in business management from Southern Nazarene University. Dan is an EQ-i 2.0 / EQ-i 360 certified, Trust Quotient certified coach, a Covey Leadership Institute certified facilitator, and is a CLCI Master Certified Professional Coach (MCPC). He is an ICF Global member and the ICF San Antonio President-Elect.

Dan’s personal values are Impact, Authenticity, Grit, and Relationships. He lives in San Antonio, Texas with his wife Mandy. They have three incredible adult children and five beautiful and amazing grandchildren.
