Michael Diercks

Mike is happily married to an amazing, wonderful and excellent wife, Elizabeth. They have five grown children and 10 grandchildren, bringing much joy (and noise) to their home. All their children live nearby for regular family gathers. 

Mike and Elizabeth are active in their local church. Mike serves as an elder in his local church and he also helps plant new churches throughout Ohio, western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Indiana and northern Kentucky. 

In addition to being a Truth At Work Chapter President, Mike has been an independent executive and leadership team coach for 20 years, running his own business. He is also speaks at conferences, workshops and seminars. 

Before starting his own business, Mike was in various senior leadership positions with EDS, R.R. Donnelley & Sons and McQuay International. 

Mike’s driving purpose – what wakes him up every morning with a bounce — his “WHY” – “To encourage, equip, and edify others to foster their God-given potential as we journey together.” Whether it is a simple smile or a challenge to overcome self-imposed barriers, his purpose is the same – helping you maximize your potential to achieve your goals and dreams!
