Chris Arnold is pleased to bring his entrepreneurial background and executive leadership experience to the team of Chapter Presidents of Truth at Work. Having been a member of Truth at Work for a number of years, he is very excited to now be partnering with Truth at Work to serve business leaders in a Christ-centered advisory capacity.
Chris is the owner of Arnold Business Advisors LLC (ABA). Arnold Business Advisors LLC prides itself in aiding businesses and individuals in truly defining what “success” looks like and building strategies to achieve this “success”. ABA’s key areas of focus are:

• Team Alignments/Team Building
• Executive Coaching
In his corporate roles, Chris served as a senior level executive in a mid-size corporation. Chris had key achievements in leading teams through two financial turnarounds, a greenfield construction and start-up, and multi-million dollar cost savings in these corporations. Since leaving his corporate role, Chris has contributed toward many of the same types of achievements with businesses and individuals. One of his greatest joys is working with Christian business owners who have a marketplace ministry focus.
Chris received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He has achieved a variety of professional development credentials, including: a professional engineering license, Institute for Independent Business accreditation, Organization for Entrepreneurial Development coaching certification. Additionally, Chris is partnered with LIFE (Living Intentionally for Excellence) who provides world-class leadership materials.
Chris’ entrepreneurial spirit and experience has been greatly influenced by his family who have owned a variety of businesses including dry cleaning, laundry, retail clothing, franchises, real estate investments, and others.
Chris is married, has two children, and resides in Zionsville, IN, a northwest suburb of Indianapolis. He and his family are active members of Trader’s Point Christian Church where Chris is the Church Ambassador and facilitator of Truth at Work’s church model. He and his family are involved with several other Christ-centered and business organizations with a focus of being obedient to God’s calling.
