A 1975 graduate of electrical engineering at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana with a special emphasis on information technology. Dan worked 14 years for Hewlett-Packard starting in their medical division and ending in HP’s technical computer division as a field manager of a software support group.

In 1990, Dan joined the family business and soon found himself in Poland as a consultant tasked with building up a world class manufacturing, sales and service operation in Koło, Poland.  From 1997 to 2006, Dan was President of European Operations and had the extreme pleasure of bringing to a post-Communist era workforce Wood-Mizer’s Christian business culture.

Dan is currently a full time student at Cincinnati Christian University working toward a Masters of Arts in Religion, plays tuba with the Indianapolis Brass Choir and loves to play with his 3D printers in his spare time.
