Dale Needleman



Dale has spent over 30 years in manufacturing operations, engineering and R&D from multiple environments and industries.  He has been able to create positive change and synergy in all operations.  With a passion for teamwork, transfer of knowledge and empowerment, he has been able to create improved operations in privately and publicly held companies as well as union and non union workforces. Executive level positions in such companies as Shoney’s Inc, Red Gold, Redcats USA and Heritage foods as a principle partner and VP of operations.  Positions held include President, COO, VP of Engineering and Facilities, VP of Manufacturing as well as director level operations and plant manager. Significant experiences include Funding and raising capital,  operational takeover of multiple Merger and Acquisition projects.

Dale has worked as a consultant to a wide range of operations. From start up and entreprenuerial engagements to workforce and systems efficiency improvements. He has also taken on business development and social media networking as a part of branding. Dale was trained at the Tuck School of Business of Dartmouth University to provide consulting services as well as The Center for Creative Leadership, and the University of Wisconsin. He has been trained in many Personality assessment tools, and is intrigued with industrial psychology and Human behavior.

In recent years Dale has become more interested in how to use the gifts God has blessed him with, for His purpose. In this journey he has focused on growing Christian based purposeful business, rather than worrying about the personal benefits. He has never been more fulfilled and sure of his purpose. Most recently he helped to grow DAO recycling where jobs are created for those with barriers to normal employment. Additionally, he was in Guatemala this past spring on a mission.

“Building Business with a purpose” is what Truth At Work is all about; clearly he has been being prepared for this season.

He resides in Fishers; and he is blessed with a 20 year old son and a17 year old daughter whom are both outstanding citizens. He attends Grace Community Church in Noblesville, and he’s a Motorcycle enthusiast as well as enjoys golf.
